The American Urological Association will host its Annual Urology Advocacy Summit – an innovative symposium that unites all facets of the urology community including urologists, researchers, advanced practice providers and patients.
The three-day event expands and strengthens urology’s credible and longstanding work with lawmakers on Capitol Hill, government agencies and state legislatures by cultivating and empowering specialty- specific advocates to promote health policy initiatives that benefit their community. The 2025 Summit will expand patient involvement allowing policymakers to hear from both physician and patient constituents to maximize impact on Capitol Hill.

In addition to a full and robust scientific program, the AUA Annual Meeting offers the latest innovations in urologic medicine in our Science & Technology Hall – the "education destination" that features displays of the latest products in urology from exhibiting companies, as well as interactive hands-on demonstrations, cutting-edge product theater presentations, and competitive activities that draw a crowd.
This is the seventh annual translational research meeting co-sponsored by the American Urological Association and the Johns Hopkins Greenberg Bladder Cancer Institute. It will be a two-day, in-person symposium on the topic “Integrating Biomarkers in Clinical Trials,” and will focus on how to do clinical trials in an independent, community, or private practice setting. This symposium will also help residents understand there is opportunity to grow collaborative relationships among independent, community, or private practices.
